Official Contest Rules for 2nd Love Cosmetic’s - “What’s your Autumn Beauty Look?” Makeup Contest
Want to win 2nd Love’s most popular products? All you have to do is something you do every day! 2nd Love Cosmetics challenges you to put on your best Autumn look! Starting August 1st, you will be able to enter our contest by submitting two (2) photos to us, one (1) close up and one (1) from the waist up. This contest will be judged based primarily on your makeup. The contestant with the most “likes” will be our Grand Prize winner! One Grand Prize and 2 Runner-up prizes will be awarded. CONTEST RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
CONTEST DESCRIPTION: 2nd Love Cosmetic’s - “What’s your Autumn Beauty Look?” Contest (the "Contest") begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time ("PT") on August 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on August 31, 2011 ("Contest Period"). The Contest provides entrants with an opportunity to submit photos of their Autumn look, a "Submission." This Contest will primarily be judging your makeup. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of 2nd Love Cosmetics, Los Angeles, California, 90013 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit http://www.facebook.com/2ndLoveCosmetics and “like” our fan page to view the contest entry rules under the “Contest” tab. Follow the directions on the Tab and submit your photos by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on August 31, 2011. Limit one entry per person, entrants can only win once. Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned once submitted to the Sponsor. If Sponsor receives substantially similar Submissions, the Submission received first will be deemed the eligible Submission. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest, you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada and be at least 14 years old to enter. Contest is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where restricted or prohibited by law. No inappropriate photos will be allowed.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Submissions received will then be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the contest description rules by the fans of 2nd Love Cosmetics on Facebook.
VOTING PROCEDURE:The Contest photos will be uploaded on September 1, 2011. Fans of 2nd Love Cosmetics will then be allowed to vote on submissions they like.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be determined by the greatest number of “likes” a contestant receives. The potential three (3) winners, one (1) Grand Prize Winner and two (2) Runner-ups will be selected on or about September 15, 2011 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail. If the winner of the Contest cannot be confirmed within ten (10) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner for the Contest will be selected. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Contest are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor may post the winning Submission on my2ndlove.com and on http://www.facebook.com/2ndLoveCosmetics. In the event that no entries meet all of the stated requirements/criteria, Sponsor reserves the right to not reward the stated prize(s).

Applying fake lashes is best left to your makeup artist, but with a little patience and practice, you too can master this art. So don't try it five minutes before leaving to a big party. Andrea lashes are great and they are available inexpensively at the drugstore.
Keep a piece of paper handy to hold the lashes, and a magnifying mirror, which makes the job a lot easier.
Using a tweezer, dip the base end of the lashes into the glue, then place the lashes as close to the baseline of your own as you can, filling in wherever you want the greatest impact (generally, the mid to outer lashes look fabulous in false lashes).
Press gently, but firmly with something blunt. Hold the lash in place for about 5 seconds until the glue has a chance to hold.
Let the glue dry, and then apply a dark eyeliner to camouflage the line of the fake lashes and then apply your mascara. The mascara will help blend your own lashes with the fake ones, and make your eyes look fuller and larger.
To remove, gently pull them off with tweezers.
